When you contact us through the website, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry topic, and message you provide. We use this information to respond and help with your staffing, employment, or support inquiry. The form is processed through WebFront, our website service, and delivered to our team through Microsoft’s email service. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical information, or other sensitive records in the general contact form.
Essential website storage
Essential storage supports functions you request, such as remembering your cookie choice and keeping an authorized preview session open. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Essential functions remain available when you decline optional analytics.
Optional traffic analytics
With your permission, WebFront analytics help us understand visits and improve the website. Analytics may include pages viewed, referring websites, broad device type, language, time zone, and clicks on phone or email links. When you send a form after accepting analytics, we may record that a form was submitted without including its name, email, phone number, or message in the analytics event.
Consented analytics may also retain campaign tags and advertising click identifiers contained in the link you followed, so we can understand which campaigns bring visitors to the site. This website does not load Google Analytics or an advertising pixel as part of this tracking setup.
WebFront uses browser-generated visitor and session identifiers, with first-party browser storage after consent. The analytics service hashes identifiers and its network rate-limit key; it does not store raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or complete URL query strings in analytics records. Analytics records are retained for 90 days.
